and the voluptuous Valencia invention, And for Sunday, June 28th, Joe and Ozzy are taking us all 1,320 miles to Athens as they offer up a day of Greek Souvlaki.
Which we couldn’t quite put our tongue on. So, we Googled…
Souvlaki is an awesome Greek dish that comes from the Greek word souvla, meaning “skewer.” 
It’s made up of succulent char-grilled skewers of fish or meat such as lamb, beef, or chicken and is served with a garlicky yogurt tzatziki sauce, pitas, and a tomato and onion garnish.
Of course! For the Mamo’s menu on the day, they list tender, flame-grilled chicken marinated in authentic Greek spices, served with fresh vegetables, pita bread, and their own delicious Greek salad. 
There’s also some creamy Cacik (known as Tzatziki to his mother), made with yogurt, cucumber, garlic and dill.
