Ready For Some Yoga Love?

ith the great outdoors that little bit harder to access of late, on the plus side, more and more people have begun experiencing the joy of exploring their inner space.

And a major route into such bliss is, of course, yoga.

Based over in sunny Kilpedder, Jill Murphy at LoveDoingYoga has spent the last year helping many Greystonians and beyond do just that through her online practices.

And given how important it is for people to find the joy within, Jill has made sure that these yoga sessions are available to everyone – by charging a ridiculously low amount.

Every Monday, Wednesday and Friday Jill McGrath streams live yoga out to the world from her studio in Kilpedder.

Each practice – which lasts an hour – can be done live in their private Facebook group or at a time that suits you on
catch-up. The themed sessions are suitable for all, novice or experienced, as Jill offers guidance and encouragement throughout.

A qualified yoga teacher, Jill began streaming last March when in-person classes were suspended. There are now over 130 hours of yoga available to you on LoveDoingYoga.com. Also available to patrons are some Yoga Nidras (meditations) and some shorter practices for when an hour is too long.

Believing that yoga is something that should be enjoyed by all, access to all the classes is just €5 per month.
