Which may explain how the much-loved Greystones ice cream parlour has picked up the inaugural Greystones’ Yummiest Ice Cream 2017 award.
We swung by this afternoon to present proud proprietors – and happy, loving couple – Peter and Susan with their just desserts, and to find out a little more about the Something Nice secret recipe for the perfect ’99.
The little feckers refused to spill the, eh, dairy.
We reckon it must have something to do with all that tender loving preparation. And the 102%-proof poitín they use to clean the machine…
