oom! There were fun and games – and tea and scones – aplenty at this year’s Summer Family Fun Day up at Dr Ryan’s Kenmare hangout.

Organised by the good ladies of Greystones Family Resource Centre, there was something for everyone, and for every age.

Even the tired, grumpy and slightly toasted old pensioners.

There was Hook-A-Duck, face painting, Name That Teddy, two fine bouncy castles, a Jason Statham lookalike competition [left], plus hot dogs, sweets and, of course, buckets of tea and three wheelbarrow loads of scones.

Thanks to young John McGowan for swinging by and, after a quick go on the bouncy castle, taking these groovy shots.
