Yuletide Yoga Barre Bonanza

It’s in the bag…

oga is all about bringing out your inner, far more flexible kid, being, at heart, a damn good game of Twister.

And Caroline over at The Yoga Barre in Kilcoole certainly believes in maintaining that childhood wonder.

Which may explain all the messing and mayhem that goes on after class.

And right now, there are plenty of reasons to be cheerful with The Yoga Barre’s Christmas line-up, complete with the sweet smell of some local crafters.

Christmas has arrived at The Yoga Barre and we have some gorgeous gift ideas from local businesses. We have our signature hand-poured Soy Wax Candles from LaLuna Goodness. These make our studio smell so sweet and are a blend of Damson Plum, Rose & Patchouli.

The Yoga Barre Gift Set has our gorgeous candles in them, a Gratitude Journal from The Journal Company and a pack of Be Kind Incense. LaLuna also has other beautiful winter candles, body creams and hand washes too, plus we have coffee cups and water bottles from Ecoset. We’ll also have our annual Christmas charity yoga sessions this year – Tuesday 12th at 9.30pm for Dee Woods, Thursday 14th at 9.30am for Together For Homelessness.
