You talkin’ to me…?

You talkin’ to me…?
t proved to be a cruel, cruel summer this year for Sinead Connolly when it came to keeping the doors of her longstanding hairdressers open.
In May, she had to battle it out with her landlord in the High Court, 16 years into a 25-year lease on Unit 2 in the Charlesland Shopping Centre.
“But through it all, I was determined to not let that happen…”
“What’s been truly amazing is the local support through those difficult months,” continues a clearly touched Ms Connolly. “I’m blessed with a wonderful family and incredible friends, beautiful staff and such loyal regulars, but there were people all over Charlesland and Greystones in general who sent me messages of support. It really gave me a push to find a solution to this mess…”
And that solution has seen Sín É moving into a shiny new and spacious premises, bringing on board Choppers Barbers and the bespoke hairdresser training school Gruaig Education.
“So, I really just have to thank each and every one of them, from the bottom of my heart. It’s great to be back…”
Yowsa.
