Which makes a new club down in sunny Charlesland a very smart move indeed.

Pulled together by the bould Denise Riordan, the initial meeting will be on Thursday, March 30th, from 7pm to 9pm.

Calling all knitters and stitchers of any kind!

Do you need more pattern-browsing, yarn-buying, fabric-stashing friends in your life? Of course you do! Then why not come along to what we’re calling The Charlesland Community Stitch Club? And you don’t have to be from Charlesland!

We wanted a place where we could leave the kids, dog, cat, husband, wife, troubles at home and get on with that project that’s been on the go for too long.

If that sounds good to you too, then join us on Thursday March 30th in the Charlesland Community Centre (and, if there’s interest, every Thursday) from 7pm-9pm.

A small fee of €3 will help cover the cost of room rental, tea and coffee.
