We are really thrilled to announce that the Boat Yard Gallery is now included on the Made in Wicklow’s craft trail’s list, as one of a Recommended Made in Wicklow Craft Retailer!

The Craft Trail was launched in February and was set up by the Wicklow Craft Foundation with the support of Evelyn Murray of Rural Wicklow Partnership, who provided funding. We attended the fabulous launch and exhibition in Powerscourt, which was opened by future Taoiseach Simon Harris.
There were some amazing and inspiring speeches by, amongst others, renowned Wicklow crafts practitioners, Jeffrey Healy Pottery, Chaim Factor and Greystones wire sculptor Emma Jane Rushworth (who has exhibited with us in the past).
Congratulations to all the people who made it on to the 40-plus recommended Wicklow Makers digital craft trail list, of whom we are delighted to have two makers stocked in our gallery: Geraldine Flanaghan Ceramics, and also brand new to us this March, Bread & Weather Candles.
