ith cabin fever quite clearly kicking in for many Greystonians, it’s important that we remember we have some fine escapes around here.

And they’re all within that all-important 5km limit.

Joining very old favourites Kindlestown Wood and The Octagon in September 2019 is Belmont Demesne. Open from 9.30am to 5pm seven days a week, what makes this Windgates Hill trekfest all the more attractive is that it comes with pizza. And sourdough bread. And fancy-pants coffee. 

And, best of all, dirty great big hike and bike trails up and around the Little Sugarloaf.

Right now, Bak’d At Arthurs are open seven days a week for Grab & Go, where you can pre-order those homemade pizzas and groovy sourdough breads. Full details, and menu, over on the Bak’d website here.

The mighty Fatbike Adventures have hung up their wheels for the present, but should be back up and peddling furiously come February. The guys are there for bike repairs and bike sales though.
