But, hey, before we break into song here, over to the man himself…

My approach to coaching is one of trust, understanding and genuine belief in the power of conversations to unlock the potential within each of us.

I arrived at the world of coaching via broadcasting. My first podcast, Social Fabric, is a collection of conversations with people about their passions, and the interaction with their communities. What I have learned from all my guests is invaluable, their stories, their vulnerability, their success. The cathartic process left us – and the listeners – in a better and happier place.

Before that, I worked in different industries, at corporate level, small industry, and I have now been running my own business for the past 20 years. I have learned a lot about myself, business, friendship, passion and values and how to align these to have a happier and more fulfilling life.

I studied at Kingstown College – Advanced Diploma in Personal, Leadership and Executive Coaching Diploma in Corporate Wellbeing. EMCC Accredited. I am also in the process of completing an NLP and EI Certifications.

I believe in people and their potential.
