Charlesland Mini-League Is Here Again

oung Paul Smith has been in touch, about this year’s Charlesland Mini-League, running from Monday, August 1st to Saturday 6th.

It’s a mini-league that hit the ground running – and jumping, and swerving – in 2016, and has only gone from strength to strength ever since.

With the all-girls league threatening to outshine the boys, the day always brings some high drama.

Here’s Paul with the details…

Our primary objective is to provide an environment where the kids can play football, have fun and be involved in the community. The event would not of been possible for the last two years without the support of Social Democrats Councillor Jennifer Whitmore who has been a major driving force behind the scenes, Jennifer is amazing!

Now open for registration, it’s the same format as always for the free mini-league – 3 groups, comprising of Mixed Ages 5-to-13, Older Boys, ages 8-to-13, and Older Girls, ages 8-1o-13.
