Told ya. Basically, Declan reckons putting the rent up will be easy agus peasy. And love the way real estate agents still refer to Greystones as a village even though we technically qualify for city status these days, thanks to the fact that we’re currently sitting pretty full at the 27,000 mark when it comes to our constant population growth.
