“We’ve actually doubled our stock since we last spoke to you in November 2022,” he smiles. “Wicklow is the garden of Ireland, after all, and people just love having that other place to go. We recognised long ago that the best way to do that is to create these wonderful garden rooms that are 
perfect, no matter what the Irish weather.”
