Jade Starts Her Battle With AML

t was whilst on holiday in Greece last week that Jade Ogilvy became suddenly unwell.

Visiting the local hospital in Rhodes, the Bray girl was shocked to be diagnosed with AML.

Which stands for Advanced Acute Myeloid Leukaemia.

Quickly air-lifted to Laiko General Hospital in Athens, Jade’s mum, dad and sister Emma are now by her side, and have now set up a gofundme page as she begins her battle with this fast-growing cancer of the blood.

“At this stage, we don’t know how long Jade’s treatment will last,” says her family. “Jade is a beautiful and extremely strong young lady, and we will remain by her side throughout this journey…”
