Little Stars Are Out Tonight

That Preschool Of The Year trophy…

t seems like only yesterday that we were down at Little Stars On The Lane to congratulate them on their Prestige Ireland Preschool Of The Year award.

And now, two, maybe three weeks later, they’re at it again, with Ciara, Kara and the rest of the gang picking up, eh, their Prestige Ireland Preschool Of The Year award.

Clearly, these Greystones guys are doing something very right, with Little Stars On The Lane now expanding to a second branch at Seagreen, and their Global Garden Preschool also flying high.

Here’s the lowdown on that latest gong agus goings-on…

It has been a busy week at Little Stars on the Lane.

Just as they opened the new creche at Seagreen, they have also picked up their award for the Prestige Ireland Preschool Of The Year for the second year running.

Crediting their amazing team for the high quality of their childcare centres, owners Ciara Watson and Kara Gargolinski McAlister place the children at the centre of every decision they make. They are on site in the creches and preschool every day and so they know the children and team well, and work to build a strong curriculum each day to help develop each child’s talents.

“We’re very lucky to have a team of absolute professionals, who work with each child to offer a warm and nurturing experience of learning,” says Ciara. “We feel that by learning in a kind and supportive environment, we can enhance each child’s learning experience, every day. Our team are fabulous and work together to create a magical environment for our children.”

“Our approach is to discover each child’s talents and help them to develop their own talents and skills,” adds Kara. “Our team are second to none and are hugely interested in each child in their care.”

Children at the creche and afterschool can avail of ballet lessons and music lessons whilst at creche. Their afterschool children are offered coding classes with compliments from Little Stars on the Lane.

This brings to three the number of childcare facilities Ciara and Kara run in the Greystones area with Global Garden Preschool and Afterschool being their third offering to parents.

Ciara and Kara are heavily involved in the running and delivery of each centre, ensuring that each location offers parents and children consistently high standards of care and education.
