e may have a bunch of fine Greystones shops and grafters in the GG family, but it’s really those wonderful readers who have subscribed that keep us alive.

With the likes of Clare O’Halloran and Jim Smith picking up prizes already, the latest Guide Cadet to get their just rewards is Odile Agnini.

Currently taking part in RTÉ’s Operation Transformation (and we’ll have that diary shortly), Odile managed to move to her dream town alongside hubby Paul and their daughter Evie just last year.

“And we couldn’t be happier,” she says. “Even when we were living in Kilmacanogue or in Shankill, we just spent all our time in Greystones.

“So, moving here has saved us a lot of time, and petrol money.”

The prize that Odile is walking away with comes courtesy of the sweet and dandy Kristina Sandaraite and her Glow Candles range, created right here in sunny Greystones. “It’s something that I quickly came to love,” says Kristen. “It’s very methodical, handmaking candles, and very therapeutic. Makes the house smells great too, of course…”
