ith their recent Burger Bonanza proving such a hit, Joe and Ozzy up at Mamo’s Pizza in Killincarrig have decided to add another summer sensation to their menu.

By hosting BBQ Ribs Day on this Bank Holiday Sunday, complete with the lad’s own homemade BBQ sauce.

Sticky, smoky and packed with flavour. And so is his sauce.

Yep, Joe may be a wiz when it comes to those pizzas, but BBQ seems to be his speciality. And what’s a summer BBQ without ribs, baby…?

And some good if mischievous friends, of course. Of which The Carraig seems to boast an endless supply.
