t was a very big deal indeed when Greystones’ Schnittger Bourne walked
away with National Property Management Company Of The Year in 2024.
And then the classy feckers only went and did it again. And again.
The 3-in-a-row wins were crowned last night at the annual National
Property Awards, held, as always, in The InterContinental Hotel in Dublin.
And once again, Steven and Laura Bourne were swept off their feet when they were called from their seats to accept the prestigious award.
“We’re genuinely delighted to have won the National Property Award,” says Steven, “It’s a huge honour and really nice to receive that recognition.
It’s especially meaningful for the whole team at Schnittger Bourne, who work incredibly hard behind the scenes every day. It’s been a very busy year, which naturally brings its own challenges — and while we’re not always perfect, property management never is. Our focus for the year ahead is to get back to basics, consolidate where we can, and really double down on the customer focus that has brought us to where we are today.
