Power Chosen For Ireland U21 Squad

aving only this year signed to Norwich FC yet again in January, former Greystones United player Simon Power has now been chosen to play for the Ireland U21 squad.

And the first test for the Greystones lad will be France’s acclaimed Toulon Tournament in France.

Running from June 1st to 15th, the tournament is named after Maurice Revello, the founder of what is officially known as Festival International Espoirs: Tournoi Maurice Revello.

That manager Stephen Kenny sees in Power a future star player for his country is a reflection in the former Greystones United AFC stalwart’s growing reputation.
