Rí-Rá Premium Irish Lager are looking for a Brand Manager at their Kilcoole HQ.

The Opportunity
We’re building a premium challenger brand, after two years in the market Rí-Rá Premium Irish Lager is becoming Ireland’s most loved and fastest growing lager brand in Ireland. We’re looking for an outstanding and commercially minded marketer to transform the brands growth as we expand across the Island of Ireland and launch in Great Britain.

This role is for a Brand Manager who can brand build desire and distinction while staying commercially grounded. You’ll shape how the brand lives in the real world, from trade and consumer touchpoints to sponsorships and partnerships.

This is a hands-on role with genuine ownership and influence. In fact, this role in a small independent start up offers significant growth opportunities to lead with real impact, we celebrate entrepreneurialism, passion and creative flair.

Key Responsibilities
⦿ Brand & Cultural Leadership
⦿ Be the custodian of the brand’s identity, values, and tone, ensuring clarity and consistency across all channels
⦿ Ensure the brand remains culturally relevant while protecting its premium positioning
⦿ Translate brand strategy into clear execution for internal teams and external partners
⦿ Maintain a high bar for craft, detail, and quality in everything the brand puts into the world

Consumer Brand Building
⦿ Lead consumer brand activity across experiential, digital, social, PR, and content in partnership with our agency team and internal designer.
⦿ Develop campaigns and moments that build long-term brand equity, not short-term hype
⦿ Work closely with creative and media partners to deliver distinctive, high-quality storytelling
⦿ Use insight and performance data to continuously refine approach and focus

Trade Marketing & Customer Activation
⦿ Shape a trade marketing strategy that enhances visibility, desirability, and rate of sale
⦿ Develop premium, brand-right visibility toolkits for on-trade and off-trade customers
⦿ Partner closely with Sales to ensure trade activity strengthens equity and fuels rate of sale.
⦿ Support the key accounts team with trade presentations.

Sponsorships & Partnerships
⦿ Lead sponsorships across sport, culture, and community-based activities.
⦿ Lead the development and execution of Rí-Rá Pouring at key festivals and events.
⦿ Build long-term relationships that reinforce brand values and reputation.

What We’re Looking For
⦿ Experience in a Brand Manager or Senior Brand role, ideally within FMCG, drinks, food, or lifestyle
⦿ Strong capability across consumer marketing, trade marketing, and sponsorship activation
⦿ Proven ability to build premium brands in competitive categories
⦿ Confident working cross-functionally in lean, fast-moving environments
⦿ Excellent judgement and attention to detail
⦿ Challenger Mindset
⦿ Prioritise effectively, choosing fewer, better initiatives over volume
⦿ Be sound and enjoy having fun!

Reports to: Managing Director.
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent.
