Today’s announcement is a massive step forward for these four schools.

peace of mind.
“In Wicklow Town, the Educate Together school has been pushing hard for improvements. While we have more work to do on the bigger building projects, getting these safety measures in place now is a huge win for the pupils arriving every morning. And for our rural communities in West Wicklow Talbotstown and Manor Kilbride this is just as vital. It’s about making sure that even in our smaller villages, motorists are well aware oif the school zone and to slow down.”
“These schools are among 105 added nationally to Round 4 of the programme. The works are designed to make the “school run” safer and more fun, moving away from congestion and towards active travel.”
