Life & Pensions Administrator (QFA Qualified) — Financial Equality Services (FE Services)
⦿ Location: Between Bray and Greystones, Co. Wicklow
⦿ Type: Full-time, office-based

About Us
Financial Equality Services– trading as FE Services – offers straightforward and jargon-free advice on pensions, investments, protection and mortgages. We are based on the Southern Cross Road in Bray and our team has over 60 years of combined experience.

Role Overview
As our Life & Pensions Administrator, you will:
⦿ Process new business applications from inception to policy issuance
⦿ Monitor and chase application pipelines with providers
⦿ Respond professionally to client queries and administer policy changes (holidays,
cancellations, restarts)
⦿ Support compliance and maintain accurate Central Bank records
⦿ Coordinate with advisors, providers and clients to ensure a seamless service

This role offers exposure to Pensions, Investments, Protection and Mortgages in a small, collaborative environment with opportunity for advancement.

What We’re Looking For
⦿ QFA qualification is essential
⦿ Prior experience in life or pensions administration or a similar financial services role
⦿ Strong attention to detail, organisation and communication skills
⦿ Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel); CRM experience a plus
⦿ Ability to thrive in a friendly office setting and work as part of a small team
