Want to figure out how to help your kid eat yummy food that’s also going to do them good, inside and out? Well, hey, Deirdre’s got just the workshop for your little angel.

The Cool Food School is delighted to announce our second healthy eating workshop, after we had so much fun with the first!

I am running three healthy eating courses to cover all age groups as follows:

Age 3-5 (preschoolers) starting Monday 18th September from 1pm-1.45pm
Age 5-7 starting Saturday 23rd September 12.30pm-1.30pm
Age 8+ same date as above 11.00am-12.00pm.

All courses take place in the Charlesland Community Centre (over Little Explorers crèche) and the cost is €60 for 6 weeks per child. Sibling discounts will apply. 

The preschool course will look at a different food (mostly veg!) each week and we will do a mix of fun activities, custom videos and worksheets with an info sheet for parents to take home each week. The programme for the older children will include a fun look at the digestive system, blind tastings, eating the rainbow, weekly food challenges and more!!
