My group sleep coaching is now live for booking.

Starting on Monday, September 8th, this 4-week Group Sleep Coaching course will be taking place online, but with strong personalised support.

Suitable for parents of babies and toddlers aged 5 months to 2.5 years, included is a 1-on-1 consultation with Kayleigh, an individualised sleep plan, a diary monitoring sleep patterns, peer support from other parents in the group, access to Sleepease masterclasses and resources, twice-weekly 1-hour live group consultations (which will be recorded for playback) and ongoing expert support from Kayleigh throughout the four weeks.

We take a gentle, responsive and evidence-based approached, with methods tailored to each family and baby’s needs, focusing strongly on emotional connection and support.

And all this matters deeply because sleep deprivation is one of the biggest challenges for parents with young children, with impacts on mental health, family wellbeing, and day to day life. This programme is designed to restore rest and confidence by combining science-based strategies with empathetic support.
