My Greystones: Sandra Fitzgibbon

There’s something devilish going on with Sandra Fitzgibbon, to be sure, to be sure..

The lady is delovely, and delicious – and that’s what makes us suspicious.

They say you can tell a lot about someone just by the clothes they wear. Well, you can tell a hell of a lot about Sandra Fitzgibbon by the clothes she sells, in her feintly naughty boutique, Vintage La Touche. For some reason, even the cufflinks are a little bit Fifty Shades Of Greystones.

What makes this particular conundrum all the more perplexing is the fact that Sandra is actually Canadian. And we all know they’re just about as daring and kinky as beige corduroy Y-fronts.

So, we asked Sandra’s long-time partner-in-corsets, Santina Spitfire, to say a few words about our saucy interloper…

I came to Greystones 4 years ago – like a lost babe in the wood – and sheepishly wandered into Sandra’s vintage shop of delights like a moth to a flame.

A genuinely solid and kind heart, she took me under her wing and helped me through every step of my Burlesque career ever since. Her passion and eye for all things vintage is contagious and you get lost in Vintage la Touche, hypnotised, like an Aladdins Cave of delights.

Meeting such a driven and genuine soul was a complete breath of fresh air. Mixed with a naughty perfume. xx
