Turning outside in…
atest press release from The Mindful Kids Club, issued on
Sunday, May 3rd 2026…
Over the past three years, the club has offered primary school pupils a chance to slow down, express themselves, and build important life skills. Sessions weave together art, gentle movement, storytelling, and mindfulness activities, helping children develop confidence, focus, and emotional awareness in a relaxed and welcoming setting.
“Reaching three years feels really special,” says Lee. “It’s been a privilege to work with so many children and to see the positive impact these simple practices can have.
Now well established in the community, The Mindful Kids Club continues to host weekly Thursday sessions in Greystones, with interest steadily growing.
Looking ahead, the club is excited to build on its journey and continue supporting even more children as it moves into its fourth year.
