lways mixing some chuckles with her chakra, Caroline over at The Yoga Barre has just announced the details for their annual Christmas charity jump arounds.

Running on December 14th and 15th, the idea is to have as much fun and fitness as possible whilst also helping out those who need some TLC and some MULA.

I am delighted to say that our Yoga Barre Christmas Classes will be back this year, all in aid of two local charities.

Wednesday 14th Dec at 8pm is for Colette Talbot Together for Homeless.

Thursday 15th Dec at 9.30am is for Sugarloaf Lions helping local families this time of year.

These classes have become a Yoga Barre tradition over the past 5 years, as we all dress up in Christmas attire, play rockin ’80s and Crimbo tunes, and have the best fun working out for these local charities.
