Andrea Becomes Bessies With Bressie

Organised by Irish charity A Lust For Life to mark World Mental Health Day 2020, local lad Andrea Splendori will be in conversation with poster-turned-TV-presenter Bressie this Saturday.

Taking place on Instagram Live, the Social Fabric podcaster will be chatting with The Artist Formerly Known As Niall Breslin about the importance of tribes and minding our minds.

Andrea recently completed the Mindful West Run – along with 12 other Greystonians – from The Cove in Greystones to Galway Bay, and is a strong believer in the old adage ‘It’s good to talk’. As anyone who has caught one of his 100+ Social Fabric podcasts will confirm.
