Campbell’s scoop
This week, it’s the Global Cuisines Award 2023, winging its way to Greystones from food critic Georgina Campbell, the president of the Irish Food Writers’ Guild, and the brains behind Ireland’s longest-running Hospitality Awards.
So, this one’s a big deal, kids.
“Every one of these awards is a big deal,” says Chef Dinesh. “It’s an increasingly crowded market out there when it comes to places to eat – just look at the growth of restaurants in Greystones alone.
“So, to be recognised at such a competitive time is indeed an honour.”
