We don’t know how many Pink Panthers died in the making of the above dessert, but, to be honest, we don’t care.

We just want to taste it. And now.

It’s the sort of mouth-watering creation that makes you realise just how good Ciara’s Kitchen must be as a cooking school.

Having trained at the world-famous Ballymaloe Cooking School before taking up chef duties at Avoca and Brambles, the groovy Ciara first got the teaching bug at Cooks Academy.

Teaching others the joy of creating your own dishes quickly led to the formation of Ciara’s Kitchen, which believes in sending you home with the recipes and know-how for at least seven yummy dishes, a full belly and a real love for cooking.

With up to four cooking demonstrations a week, covering everything from fish to Indian, from healthy meals to quick dinners, there is plenty to choose from in Ciara’s Kitchen.

Especially considering there are over 60 menus to choose from. You – and your friends – will go home very happy indeed.
