Delgany Golf Club Gets Yet Another Award

For those golfers who are lucky enough to have found it already, there’s nothing hidden about Delgany Golf Club’s charms.

Nonetheless, there are a few unfortunates out there who have yet to find out. 

Which may explain why Golfers Guide To Ireland have just crowned the local golfing haven as their Best Hidden Gem In Leinster 2018.

Delgany Golf Club are celebrating after the club was named as the Best Hidden Gem in Leinster 2018 at the recent Golfers Guide to Ireland Awards.

The award is accessed based on the overall facilities of the club with a strong emphasis on the quality of the course.

The result was announced at an event held at Portmarnock Hotel and Golf Links where the winners were presented with their awards by Mitchell O’Connor TD, Minister of State for Higher Education.

Delgany Captains for 2018 Jason Bradshaw and Mags McDarby [pictured above with Golfers Guide’s Paddy McCarthy] were on hand to accept the award on behalf of the club.

Speaking after Jason commented “we are honoured to receive this award and delighted that our fantastic course and friendly atmosphere has been recognised.”
