Delgany developer is to go on trial at Dublin District Court over a
2019 scaffold fall that resulted in the death of a worker.
As reported by Tom Tuite in both Breaking News and The Irish Independent, both William O’Dwyer of Blackberry Lane, Delgany and the south Dublin-based builders Dwyer Nolan Developments Ltd are now set to stand trial for alleged breaches of health and safety laws.
With Judge Anthony Halpin granting a return for trial order, the case is now be listed for mention on December 11th.
Such failings, the charges claim, resulted in Mr McKeon’s personal injuries and death.
