Through Abrivia Executive, Donal works closely with clients on leadership coaching, job crafting, psychometric profiling, and transformation programmes. Combining commercial insight with a deep commitment to personal development, Donal is a qualified Erickson solution-focused coach and certified multi-science analyst with TTI Success Insights. He has studied psychology and soul-centred living at the University of Santa Monica and has further shaped his work through programmes with Michael Neill, Christine Hassler, the Wim Hof Method, and Inner Engineering with the Isha Foundation.

Caroline Hughes brings a uniquely grounded and authoritative perspective to the conversation, having operated at the centre of some of Ireland’s most demanding leadership environments. She served as Global Director of Leadership at CRH, Ireland’s largest multinational, and as Head of Change at the Central Bank of Ireland during the Irish Economic Bailout.

Today, Caroline partners with national and international leaders through executive development programmes, long-term advisory work, and keynote speaking engagements.

An accomplished public speaker, she has presented at the Talent Summit Dublin (2025), Women in Engineering Dublin (2025), Unitech Alumni Symposium Milan (2024), MBA Association of Ireland Galway (2024), and the Global Mental Health Summit in New York (2021).
