t felt like the first day of summer up in Glen Of The Downs this afternoon.

And that’s largely because those clever people at Outdoor Living held a rather fine agus dandy BBQ launch.

And with the sun shining, the music playing, and sausages sizzling left, right agus centre, was it any wonder founder Pat Kelly was beaming.

Alongside Ireland’s oldest living mariachi band there was TV chef supreme Catherine Fulvio, the tractor-driving owner of Ballyknocken House & Cookery School letting everyone in on the best way to get that barbeque poppin’ and hoppin’.

Then there was the fiery James from Fired Home Food, giving his insider tips on the big day out in the garden, whilst having the Irish Restaurant Awards-winning Big Boys food truck permanently parked amidst the biggest display of outdoor garden furniture in the country is just the 100% Irish beef burger with streaky crispy bacon, pickled cucumber, grilled onion, signature bourbon mayo, creamy cheddar cheese sauce in brioche burger bun on top.
