Guilds Just Wanna Have Fun

he Delgany ICA girls are in a pretty darn good mood, but then again, they have just won Guild Of The Year at their big Wicklow shindig.

Which was held in Moneystown. Because all these ICA guilds are loaded.

“Our theme this year was A Wedding,” explains Tracey Byrne, one of the main ringleaders of the Delgany outfit, “and our amazing ladies worked hard in creating our amazing table.

“And it was so amazing that we won!”

To keep the celebrations going, the ICA Delgany Christmas Market is this Sunday, in Kilian House Family Centre, from 12.30pm to 4pm.

All in aid of Wicklow Hospice, there will be stalls aplenty, with crafts, cakes, bric-a-brac (is that still legal?), toys, sweets, an auction and most importantly, their traditional super-sized raffle.

Which this year boasts over 40 prizes.

You’ll see the girls out on Ladies Night, selling those raffle tickets, so have some real money handy, kids.

And remember, notes are lighter to carry than coins.
