Our practice, led by Niamh, is dedicated to creating a safe and confidential environment where individuals and couples can explore their thoughts, emotions, and challenges. Niamh brings her expertise in both individual and relationship therapy, offering a tailored approach to meet the unique needs of each client. With a deep commitment to helping people navigate life’s complexities, Inner Echo provides support for those experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, grief, and personal transitions, as well as couples seeking to understand their relationship, their position within their relationship and how to build stronger communication. Our goal is to empower you to gain insight into your behaviors, strengthen resilience, and unlock the internal resources you already possess.

Individual Counselling
At Inner Echo, we provide individual therapy for those dealing with anxiety, depression, stress, grief, or major life transitions. Niamh offers a safe, confidential space where you can explore your thoughts, gain deeper self-understanding, and break unhelpful patterns of behaviour. Each session is tailored to your specific needs, helping you to build resilience and unlock your inner strength. We offer flexible therapy options, both in-person at our Newtownmountkennedy location and online.

Couples Counselling
If your relationship is facing difficulties, Inner Echo is here to help. Working with couples who feel stuck in negative cycles or are struggling to communication, Niamh holds a certificate in Couples Counselling from the Institute of Couples Therapy. Our relationship therapy provides a neutral, safe space where both partners can openly discuss vulnerabilities with the goal of fostering deeper understanding and reconnection to the relationship. Currently, couples therapy is available in person at our practice in Newtownmountkennedy.
