Bushfield House sidekick is struggling to find a business that sticks.
Originally an auction house for the omnipresent Doyle family – their storage up on Hillside at Cashel’s also going through some changes – this tiny
main street space seemed to be the perfect fit for frozen yogurt chain Mooch when they arrived back in June 2017.
The space having briefly served as a pop-up for a certain golf club over the Christmas 2016 period.
Despite its glorious run in the sun though, by October 2022, Mooch was no more, and Bushfield was back on the market. It didn’t take long for the neighbouring Sonny’s to gobble it up, turning it into a takeaway pizza joint under the name of Larry’s.

“We will still be banging out the same great pre-fermented sour dough pizza that we were doing previously,” explains Sonny’s manager Jason. “We’ll simply move the pizza oven next door, and there’ll be a new menu to celebrate during the next few weeks, keeping the favourites and adding a few new tasty bits.”
