elebrating those toys that last beyond St Stephen’s Day, Greystones’ Vicky Noble is having a little play party this Saturday.

Happening at Rise down by the Cove, young Vicky will be bringing her range of wooden wonders for kids to play with.

Running from 10am to 12pm, this will be a step into the past, and a smarter future.

Here’s Vicky with the lowdown on Dlulukaloo…

This all started because I am a mum of two gorgeous but very fussy kids who get bored of their toys very easily.

Wanting a better future world for my kids with as little plastic as possible led to me setting up my little wooden toy rental shop DluluKaloo in October 2020. Not only because I adore wooden toys myself but also to help other parents to experience them at a very affordable price, reduce the waste and parents’ expenditure on stuff that kids may only look for a few minutes and never play with again!

We have a selection of wooden toys big and small – various sizes of balance boards, Waldorf Rockers, Pickler triangles, kitchen helpers and many, many more. You can rent anything you like for a month and at the end of the month, there is an option to keep something (or everything) if your child really likes it. If you decide to keep it – no rental fee charged! You can also opt to buy toys without renting – new or used, there is always an option for everyone!
