Filed by Roy Cromie on August 2nd, the pre-validation is looking for 30 dwellings at Ballyguile Beg.

the construction of 30no. dwellings, together with estate layout comprising of roads, services and associated site works, including regrading of excavated shale and soil mounding, revised design and finish to the existing roadside boundary as constructed to the north east of the estate entrance road

Objections deadline is September 5th, decision date September 26th.
