Late night Dart and commuter services will operate
There will be no buses on Christmas Day, whilst on Christmas Eve, it’s a Saturday service across Dublin Bus, Go-Ahead Ireland and Bus Éireann but finishing around 9pm. For Friday 26th, it’s a Sunday service, but starting around 9am. Saturday services will operate on Monday 29th

wee-wee hours.
Whether they want to come home or not.
There are also late night buses with both Dublin Bus and everyone’s favourite, Go-Ahead & Walk.
Late night Dart and commuter services will operate
from Thursday to Saturday in the run-up to Christmas, and after Dublin’s New Year’s Eve celebrations.
The schedule of late night Dart services from Connolly to Greystones runs every Thursday, Friday and Saturday in December up to and including the 20th is 12.35am and 1.35am, whilst on Tuesday, December 31st, it’s normally 1.35am and 2.35am.
From the 24th to January 2nd, there is a revised service, Darts operating a Saturday schedule on Christmas Eve, the last services leaving Dublin by 9pm. On Christmas Day and Stephen’s Day, there will be no Darts, while on Saturday 27th and Sunday 28th, it’s business as usual for Saturdays and Sundays.
On Monday 29th and Tuesday 30th, Darts will operate a Saturday service, which is the same for Wednesday 31st except for the additional Darts that night to and from Howth-Dun Laoghaire for the latter’s 11-min fireworks display at 7pm – along with the latenight 1.35pm and 2.35pm from the big city back to the Shire.
Fares will be charged at normal rates, meaning customers can use Leapcard and buy cash fares for the best value option. Furthermore, weekly, monthly and annual season tickets are valid on late night services, so season ticket holders will be able to use the services at no extra charge.
