Saoirse Makes Out Like A Nun

er Wikipedia page might list the rising young Hollywood star as a residence of Greystones, but, Saoirse Ronan’s bank balance this morning says otherwise.

Having bought Pine Lodge from the bould Alan and Caroline Gray two years ago, the fickle fecker has now sold on her Greystones home.

And the smart kid made a tidy profit too. Bought for €1.4m, put on the market in September at a guide price of €1.5m, Saoirse has made out like a nun, walking away with €1.6m today.

Who has now bought the house remains a mystery, but, according to noted gossip rag The Irish Times, ‘another well-known Irish actor and a leading sportsperson‘ were said to be among the ‘array of potential buyers’. In the end, it was a private individual.

So, another day, another Flynnstones mansion. The jammy bastards.

Still, it was nice nearly knowing you, young Saoirse. And don’t forget to come back and visit the town that would have loved you so well.

If we’d only been given half the chance.
