Feckin’ rides…

e had a huge amount of fun last year with 100 Days 100 Greystonians, capturing everyday people on the streets where they live.

And we had planned to go around again later in the summer of 2020, to catch a whole new batch in their natural habitat.

That feck Covid-19 had other plans though, and so, with the town in lockdown, we thought it might be interesting to start charting life in Greystones from April to August, as we went from total self-isolation to something close to outdoor elation.

We had a handful of 2019 shots on file from before Mother Nature sent us all to our rooms for making another mess, and so we mixed those few in over the five months. For the most part though, these are people managing to get out for their daily blast of exercise and fresh air.

Largely done by stopping people on the streets, along with capturing the new generation of Greystonians, as always, we were keen to catch those who have lived a long and happy life here.

And we managed to photograph some true Greystones legends here. And we even managed to make some of them look presentable.
