Our 5th Years showcased their remarkable gifts, as Joe serenaded the entire room with a heartfelt performance of Hornets while Sofia’s piano solo was as delicate as it was memorable.
Our resident trad group of Siun, Fionn and Ailbhe’s Irish jig was a toe-tapping crowd-pleaser, as was the pitch-perfect rendition of The Parting Glass, served up by our school choir.
The night concluded with the St David’s Music Club (featuring Paul and Travis), delivering an upbeat version of the Chuck Berry classic Johnny B. Goode, wrapping up what proved to be a hugely entertaining night.
Thanks to all the teachers involved in preparing students for their performances, and to Matilda Gustafsson and Ella Andrews for the great photos. Full John McGowan gallery in hi-res here.
