ith their Tweens classes filling up, Karen and co at Freedom Fitness
over in Kilcoole have just announced their Summer Gym For Kids.
And the official spiel goes a little something like this…
Not just a fitness class, but a coach-led gym session that is guided safely, efficiently, and effectively by an experienced youth coach, to help your kid become more resilient and motivated, helping them move strongly through life with
freedom and confidence.
The classes focus on building strength and improving muscle tone, as well working on balance, coordination, flexibility, agility, stamina, and speed.
All exercises in the classes are progressed and regressed to suit each kid, and to make sure they are safe throughout. Safety and quality of movement is always prioritised above speed and load.
Our Kids Gym is aimed at 7 to 9 year olds, and our Summer sessions are Saturday mornings at 9.30am.
