Teaching Kids To Be Mindful Rather Than Mind-Full

oung Lee from Mindful Kids Club has been in touch about their ongoing Thursday sessions…

And how they’re helping children find a little peace of mind whilst having fun.

Something we’re all chasing these days given the unstable Trumpian times we live in.

Over to Ms O’Brien…

We’re currently running two weekly Mindful Kids Club sessions, both taking place on Thursdays.

Our classes are designed to help children calm busy minds through arts and crafts, gentle mindful activities, and a new theme each week.

Our first session runs as an after-school activity at St. Laurence’s School, Greystones, from 2.30pm to 3.30pm. This class is open to children attending the school and has limited spaces available.

Our second session takes place in the beautiful Garden Room at St. Patrick’s Church in Greystones, from 4.10pm to 5.10pm. This class is currently fully booked, but families are very welcome to get in touch for more information or to be kept in mind for future availability.
