That’s The Way To Celebrate Father’s Day

addy Dunne was clearly a man who enjoyed life, and he’ll certainly be a happy man today, knowing just how much his family raised for charity in his name.

The charity is the Blackrock Hospice, and the main centrepiece to all that fundraising was the Paddy Dunne Memorial Golf Classic.

It was back on April 10th that the big day out was due to take place, but, this little lockdown that you may have heard about put the kibosh on the big day. Instead, Paddy’s two children, Gary and Ciara, set up a donation page, and set out to make their dad proud.

The fact that the Blackrock Hospice were this week gifted a whopping €3,588.45 in Paddy Dunne’s name means the old man would be incredibly proud of his two kids. What better gift could he have imagined for Father’s Day…?

Gary and Ciara want to thank everyone who so generously contributed to this very worthy cause.

They would also like to take this opportunity to invite all and sundry to join them at the Paddy Dunne Memorial Golf Tournament next year, which will take place on Good Friday, April 2nd 2021.

Unless Sharknado has become a reality by then, of course.
