The Cat That Got The Cream

With its official opening planned for Wednesday, November 23rd, the Kilkenny shop opened its doors quietly today in Greystones.

And the quiet last about .43 seconds.

Even before those doors were officially opened, Greystonians were pressing their faces up against the glass and popping their head around the blocked doorway, keen to have a good ol’ gander at what was on offer.

Being the nosey little gits that we are.

Talking of which, that little Moran’s Fish Shop/Flowers By Lynda spot on La Touche Place is now going to be a Dooley’s Auctioneers. Just so you know.

Now, back to Kilkenny.

Amidst all the snooping and pressing, sniffing and pricing going on around her, we managed to grab five minutes with the lady in charge, Emma Cahill, to ask her some life-changing and wool-orientated questions about coming to Greystones…
