Spin the wheel…

ur first thought upon seeing the photos was, bejiggers, the Up To My Eyes gang have gone to Monte Carlo.

Who knew gambling was such a big thing for these Theatre Lane ladies?

On closer inspection, turns out this was Clayton Hotel in Dublin, not the Hôtel de Paris in Monaco.

Not that geography was about to stop Mary and the girls having a whale of a time, the occasion being the Image Business Of Beauty Awards.

For which Up To My Eyes’ Jurgita was nominated for Best Brow Artist 2023. Sadly, despite having won three previous Image awards, lady luck was not at the Up To My Eyes table this time out.

“Not that we let that stop the carnival-themed party,” says Jurgita, with Darren Kennedy acting as MC and occasional referee, given that everyone was more than slightly excited agus delighted to be heading home with a bulging goodie bag.
