e had, of course, meant to swing by on their actual birthday, but, hey, we here at GG have been almost as busy as those beautiful babes in Kilcoole’s much-loved Thrift Shop.
It was last month when the shop celebrated five years on Kilcoole’s main street, having moved there from a little hideaway, just around the corner.
And the Thrift Shop celebrated in style by doing what they do best – helping others. Alongside the fun and games, and maybe even a little champagne, there was the little matter of a €15,000 donation to worthy causes on the big day.
And we should remind people that the Thrift Shop’s annual visit by Santa – who visits all corners of Kilcoole on his horse-drawn sleigh – will take place on Monday, December 19th, kicking off at 4pm. You can find out more on the Facebook event page here.
In the meantime, we sprung a surprise visit on Linda, Bernie and Pam today, to wish them a belated Happy Birthday…
We caught up with the girls again, in August 2019, when they received a, eh, €1,800 Irish Water bill. Naturally, the girls didn’t give in without a splash.
