Are you ready to step into Ireland’s most immersive one-day adventure? Hell & Back Adults, Families & Teens will be our biggest, boldest edition yet.

From the moment you arrive at Killruddery Estate, you’re part of the story. Bog underfoot. Music in the distance. Teammates beside you. Ahead lies a raw, full-scale outdoor challenge built to be experienced, not just completed.

Adults can choose between 13km or 8km, while Families and Teens take on an epic 8km route — each course weaving through rivers, forests, mountain trails and bogland, with immersive zones and signature obstacles waiting around every corner. Whether it’s your first time or your tenth, no two Hell & Back days ever feel the same.

As you climb higher, the views open up — sweeping across Dublin Bay from the Little Sugar Loaf — before dropping you straight back into the chaos, laughter and graft of the course. Every obstacle is designed and built by our award-winning team to test grit, spark teamwork and deliver those proper “we did that” moments you’ll be talking about long after the dirt has washed off.
